Who we are

This privacy policy covers carbonlessforms.com, operated by Carbonless Forms, 2612 Howard Loop, Salado, TX 76571. We print carbonless (NCR) business forms on our own presses at three plants: Fort Worth TX, Columbus OH, and Reno NV.

What we collect and why

Quote request form

When you submit the quote form on this site, we collect: your name, company name, email address, phone number, and (optionally) a shipping address. We also collect the job details you provide — form type, size, quantity, ink, numbering preferences, finishing options, and any notes — along with a file upload of your artwork or a photo of your current form. A file upload is required to submit a quote request; if you do not have finished artwork, a clear phone photo of your current form is accepted and we will redraw it for you.

This information is used only to prepare and deliver your quote and paper proof, and to process your order if you move forward. It is stored in our website’s database and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Uploaded files are stored in our website’s media library. The file is not attached directly to any email; a link to the file is included in the internal notification our team receives when you submit the form.

Online orders

If you place an order through our online shop, we additionally collect billing and shipping address, and payment information is processed through our payment provider — we do not store your full card details on our own servers.

Cookies

If you visit our login page, we set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. Our online shop uses cookies to manage your cart and checkout session while you are on the site.

Fonts

This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Loading these fonts may share your IP address with Google. See Google’s privacy policy for details: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to run this site and fulfill your order: our web hosting provider, our email delivery provider, and (for online orders) our payment processor.

How long we retain your data

Quote requests, including any uploaded files, are retained so we can service reorders without asking you to resend your artwork and job specs. If you would like your quote request data or uploaded files deleted, contact us using the information below and we will remove them.

What rights you have over your data
