Full Color Carbonless Forms That Still Read On The Bottom Copy

Most printers will happily sell you four-color process on carbonless. Fewer of them will tell you what heavy ink does to part 3.

Carbonless transfers by pressure through a coating. Load a form with big solid color blocks, reverse type knocked out of dark boxes, and 5pt fine print, and the top copy looks like a brochure while the bottom copy looks like weather. Then your billing office is calling the front desk to confirm what the customer wrote.

Our prepress reads every file before it goes near a plate: type under 6pt, hairline rules, reverses sitting where a signature or a quantity has to transfer, heavy fills over the write-on areas. We adjust the build so the design survives to the last ply, and we show you the result on a paper proof — on your real stock, in your real ply colors — before we run 5,000 sets you can’t use.
